Shared parking is available around the front of studio and is used by neighbouring shops as well unless stated otherwise. You can also find street parking nearby.

Please note we have a 48-hour cancellation policy.
Refunds are not available within 48 hours of your booking, but we’re happy to reschedule your session to another day free of charge—just let us know in time by emailing us at glowingearthpottery@gmail.comIf you need to cancel your booking and it's 3 days or more before your session, we're happy to offer a full refund.
Just send us an email to arrange it.If you miss your session, we won’t be able to offer a refund.

Please note that no pets are allowed in the studio—yes, even the cute ones.
We love them too, but we’re keeping the studio fur-free. -
We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing your own alcoholic beverages. However, feel free to bring along your favourite non-alcoholic drinks—whether it’s a sparkling water, your go-to iced tea, or a coffee that’s stronger than your willpower. We’re here for the fun and fantastic creations! Thanks for understanding!

Our ground-floor pottery studio, where we offer wheel throwing, is fully accessible.
While the paint-a-pot studio is upstairs and is not currently accessible, we’re more than happy to bring the paint-a-pot equipment downstairs if needed. Just let us know your requirements, and we’ll be glad to make any necessary arrangements to ensure your comfort!

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
While we love working with children and helping them create, we kindly ask that they remain under adult supervision at all times.Thanks for helping us keep the fun rolling and the young ones safe!

We recommend wearing something you don’t mind getting a little paint or clay on—because let’s be honest, you’ll probably end up with a splatter or two. But don’t worry, it’s all part of the creative process (and makes for a great story at dinner later)!

Aprons are provided for all our wheel workshops. If you’re hopping on the pottery wheel, we recommend tying back long hair, tucking in any long necklaces or scarves, and removing rings and watches for safety and ease.
